Notice Under the Americans with Disabilities Act

In accordance with the requirements of title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, ESM Consulting Engineers, Washington (ESM) will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in the ESM Consulting Engineers offices, venues, services, processes or activities.

ESM Consulting Engineers website provides a third-party service that will assist with visually impaired individuals when viewing the website on both desktop, tablet or mobile. Files such as photos, graphics, documents and other third-party information may not adjust as the websites does using this accessibility software.
